Rose - our adult care AI digital assistant on WhatsApp
We are always exploring new ways to make it easier for you to reach us with adult care queries, especially so you can find answers outside of normal office hours.
From now until March 2026, we’re testing a new WhatsApp AI assistant named Rose. She is here to help answer your questions quickly and guide you to the right support.
How to get in touch with Rose

Say Hi Rose in a WhatsApp message to 07457 416323.
If you are using a mobile phone, you can use this link to start speaking to Rose.
Rose will reply with advice based on content from our website and directories along with trusted partner websites.
After your conversation with Rose, you will get the chance to feed back on the usefulness of the information she has given you.
What you could ask
Examples of questions you might ask Rose include:
- my mum has dementia and can't cope at home
- how can I access mental health support?
- I need more care, who would I speak to?
- my carer hasn't turned up - what should I do?
- my dad is in hospital and is mum's carer - how do I get care for mum?
- do I have to sell my house to pay for my care?
About our testing
We have tested Rose with members of the Northamptonshire Carers Network and staff in the adult care community teams around West Northamptonshire.
Members of the Northamptonshire Carers Network were particularly enthusiastic about helping to test Rose on WhatsApp because they already all had access to the platform.
Carers Network members tested Rose over a 3-week period, asking questions and then completing a short survey to say how they rated the experience and whether they thought any improvements were needed.
This feedback has helped us to work with our technology supplier to make changes to the AI model and improve the answers given by Rose.
