About the Centre and the Everdon Team

About the Centre

We are located in a superb rural setting in the attractive village of Everdon, near Daventry. The surrounding countryside provides a wide variety of contrasting landscapes and habitats which make the area ideal for the study of Geography, Science and Environmental Studies.

We have access to woodlands, ponds, rivers and meadows providing the opportunity for the study of ecosystems of varying complexity. We can provide schools and groups with the opportunity to sample outdoor activities such as orienteering, cross country navigation and team building games.

We welcome groups from schools, nurseries and playgroups, clubs such as Scouts, Cubs, Guides, Rainbows or Brownies or even a group of families or individuals.

Accommodation

Wooden bunk beds at Everdon

We have two dormitories, one sleeping 14 and one 16, and a further 2 bedrooms upstairs accommodating up to 4 children if needed or 3 staff.

Staff can use a single room between the dormitories and additional rooms upstairs along with a bathroom and toilets.

Access and disabilities

We endeavour to cater for everyone. However, if a member of your group does require special individual facilities we would invite you to visit the Centre prior to making a booking.
