International Recruitment Ethical Charter
The International Recruitment Ethical Charter is a commitment to fair, transparent, and responsible recruitment practices within the Adult Social Care sector.
The Charter has been coproduced with a range of stakeholders and is designed to be adopted by all Adult Social Care providers in West Northamptonshire.
It sets out the key principles to ensure that workers are treated with dignity, respect, and support throughout their employment journey.
