Strive '25
Get involved with Strive '25 - a new way to move, connect and have fun!

Following West Northamptonshire’s success as one of the eight host cities for the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, we are proud to be part of England Rugby’s Strive ‘25 movement - a key element of its legacy programme introducing T1 Rugby across the country.
Strive ‘25 aims to inspire women and girls aged 16+ to lead active, healthy lifestyles, meeting the growing demand for fitness activities that go beyond traditional gym routines. The sessions are open to everyone.

Built around inclusivity, empowerment and community, the sessions offer an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others while developing fitness, resilience and confidence in a supportive, social setting.
This is not your typical exercise class. Strive ‘25 sessions are designed to help you stay active while building agility, endurance and coordination through a fun and engaging format that welcomes all abilities, from complete beginners to those with sports experience.

T1 Rugby
T1 rugby, part of the STRIVE25 initiative, is a fun, inclusive, non-contact version of rugby.
It can be delivered flexibly in community settings, schools, leisure centres, or as part of fitness sessions and warm-ups - making it accessible for all ages and abilities.
It’s a great ice-breaker, perfect for anyone looking to try something new, make new friends and have fun getting active.
