Litter bins have not been available at Brixworth Country Park for over 20 years. We kindly ask all visitors to adopt The Countryside Code value of Protecting Your Space and to “take your litter home – leave no trace of your visit”.

This is especially important when considering having a picnic or BBQ at the park, as any waste left in the park is extremely dangerous to wildlife, and pets.

Within the council owned country park, dogs are permitted off lead, but must adhere to any PSPOs in place regarding dog control.

Around Pitsford Water, on Anglian Water land, dogs must be kept on lead at all times – this is to protect the wildlife, and ensure the safety of all visitors.

Dogs are not permitted in the play areas.

Several bins are available for dog waste only; they are red and situated around the country park.

For fishing information and policies at Pitsford Reservoir visit Anglian Water.

For sailing information and policies at Pitsford Reservoir visit Northampton Sailing Club.

The bicycle store has closed permanently. Sales or bike hire are no longer available at this country park.
