We spoke to young people from the IASS, Shooting Stars, Enfold and NHFT groups. &nbsp;They told us what they thought would be helpful for other young people.Young people from the Northamptonshire Down's Syndrome group came to help us too. &nbsp;We are thankful for their time and help.&nbsp;
