Delivery information

We have now delivered all sacks in Northampton.

We are no longer accepting missed delivery requests. The next deliveries will be March 2026. You can present 2 of your own black sacks each week until your next delivery arrives.

You should have received 5 packs of 21 sacks, which is 105 sacks in total. If your property has switched from sacks to bins, you will not get any sacks.

New to property

If you have just moved into your property within the last 4 weeks, and the previous tenant has not left any sacks behind, we can deliver you enough sacks to last you until your next delivery.
