General waste sack deliveries

Delivery information

Veolia will be delivering sacks to Northampton properties from Monday 4th March. To allow them to complete their deliveries please do not contact us to report any missed deliveries during this time.

More information will be available on how to report a missed delivery nearer the end of the delivery period. In the meantime you can 2 black sacks of your own until your delivery arrives.

Please note: you will receive a 12 month supply of sacks, and all sacks will now be black in colour.

Extra sacks for large households or medical needs

If you are unable to cope with the quantity of sacks provided, either because:

there are 6 or more residents living at the property
you have 2 or more children in nappies
you have a medical condition that produces a lot of non-hazardous waste

please contact us if this situation applies to your household.

New to property

If you have just moved into your property within the last 4 weeks, and the previous tenant has not left any sacks behind, we can deliver you enough sacks to last you until your next delivery.

Clear recycling sacks

Properties that are part of the Far Cotton recycling sack trial will receive recycling sacks instead of using recycling boxes. These are delivered around the same time as your sacks. Further delivery information will be available later in the year.
