If you would like to attend, or raise a concern at any of our Community Forums you can find the details below. Meetings are held several times a year. Please see our Community Forums Code of conduct before attending a meeting.

GDPR statement

We will collect your name / alias so that we can show all those attending this public meeting in the minutes. Your name and comments made at the meeting will be recorded using just your first name if you do not provide a preferred alias.

Your details will be held by Community Safety and Engagement and not shared with any other department. If you would like to be notified of future meetings and events relating to this forums work please can you tick the box and include your email address and sign to show your consent on the form at the meeting. More details about how the Council and Community Safety and Engagement process your personal data can be found in our privacy notices.
