A service for people of all ages with a learning disability (IQ below 70). This service supports people with learning disabilities and related health needs to lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Learning Disabilities - Inpatient Respite

An adult short break service, located at 1 Willow Close, Northampton, NN6 8JH, offering county wide service placements where feasible. It offers 6 beds and operates 24/7 for adults aged 18 years and above, who have learning disabilities and associated complex health needs.

Younger Persons with Dementia Team

A countywide service, providing specialist assessment, timely diagnosis, and support for adults under the age of 65 years with early-onset dementia.

Forensic Team

A service for adults who present an active or high risk to others, due to mental health problems or learning disabilities, and who may have had contact with the criminal justice system.

A countywide service offering individual rehabilitation for adults with long-term conditions, including neurological.

Community Brain Injury Service

A service that offers specialist neuro-rehabilitation to adults who have experienced an acquired brain injury and need rehabilitation in the community.

Covid-19 Sufferer and Survivor Support

An online group for those in the UK and Ireland who have, or believe they have, direct experience of Covid-19, or is worried for someone they care about.

The group is committed to support and solidarity in this time of isolation, and hope that members will find connection, comfort and company as they regain good health, get used to this new normal and begin to put their lives back together.

Diabetes Psychological Wellbeing Service

A service for people aged 16 and over, diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes, experiencing reduced psychological wellbeing. This service provides psychological assessment and goal oriented interventions to those struggling to cope or manage their diabetes.

Unplanned Intermediate Care Team

A service that aims to give rapid assessment, treatment and support to patients who have had a recent decline in their physical health, who are at risk of admission to hospital.
