National Helpline for LGBT+

A helpline for anyone who has experienced anti-LGBT+ violence, abuse or harassment, and needs a safe space to talk.

Call 0800 999 5428 between 10am and 8:30pm from Monday to Thursday and between 10am and 4:30pm on Friday.

OUT THERE Parent and Carers Support Group

A respectful, safe and online space for parents and carers of young people that identify as LGBTQ or parents and carers of young people who may be questioning and exploring their identity.

OUT THERE Plus Group

A service running every Friday between 6pm and 9pm for any young person aged 18 to 25 years who identifies as LGBTQ+. The aim is to provide a safe and relaxing environment to explore identify and socialise with other LGBTQ people.
