C2C Social Action
C2C Social Action works with individuals at any stage of the criminal justice system, across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes.
We support, inspire and motivate them to move forward with their lives, and contribute positively to society. We work with women and men on projects in Northampton in Milton Keynes and women in Kettering.

Northampton Men's Shed
Men’s Sheds are kitted out community spaces where men can enjoy practical hobbies. They are about making friends, learning and sharing skills. Many guys come just for the tea and banter.
This is suitable for both men and women.
Space2TALK
Space2TALK provide peer support for members of the community experiencing issues with their mental health. Talking about worries or concerns is fundamental to our well-being, but it can be challenging to open up to our nearest and dearest friends and work colleagues.
This is where peer support can help. Space2TALK host drop-in meetings, activities and wellness walks. The groups are informal and simply provide the space for people to meet and chat or just have time-out.

Women-only sports activities in Northamptonshire
For many women, safety is a concern when swimming in mixed-gender spaces. Female-only swimming sessions provide a safe and comfortable environment where women can swim and exercise without feeling vulnerable or exposed.

National supports
National Domestic Abuse Helpline
This freephone 24 hour helpline, run in partnership between Women's Aid and Refuge, is a national service for women experiencing domestic violence. The helpline can give support, help and information over the telephone.

Women and Girls Network
Offers immediate, free and confidential specialist emotional support for women and girls who have experienced recent or historic sexual violence and abuse.
Also provides information and signposts to sources of advice about the legal, housing, medical and benefits systems. An advice line is also open to professionals who need support on cases related to gendered violence.

Refuge
UK charity providing specialist support for women and children experiencing domestic violence. Runs a range of specialist services to help survivors access safety and rebuild their lives.
Creates bespoke support plans. Services include refuges providing emergency temporary accommodation; outreach workers that support women in the community; independent advocacy; culturally-specific services and gender-based violence services.

National Association for Premenstrual Syndromes (NAPS)
We exist to provide information advice and support to Premenstrual Syndromes (PMS) sufferers and their families with the express purpose of the condition being successfully managed.
