A service for anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) and their families, living in the north of Northamptonshire. Anyone living in the south of Northamptonshire should contact their GP for services available to them.

A service for anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD) and their families, with a Northamptonshire GP. It provides support and symptom management countywide.

A service for adult patients considered to be in the last 12 months of life and having specialist palliative care needs and their families. The service provides specialist support and advice to patients who have been diagnosed with a life-limited illness.
