Looking after yourself

As you get older, or if you have a health condition that affects your mobility, everyday things like getting dressed in the morning may become more difficult. Or, without a regular routine, you may forget to take your medication, or plan your meal times.

Being able to look after yourself is just as important now, as not only can it help you stay independent, but by doing things like keeping your feet in good condition, you can also reduce the risk of falls.
