Environmental issues

We have redesigned our reporting form to make it easier to submit issues. 

You can also now see open cases in your area to help identify whether something has already been reported.

For issues such as:

• abandoned trolleys
• dead animals
• flyposting
• fly-tipping
• graffiti
• litter bin issues
• lost or stray dogs
• pollution (including noise)
• rats or mice as a public nuisance
• street cleaning required
• street signs
• street or park lighting issues

Potholes, road and highway problems

For issues with:

• potholes
• roads and kerbs
• drains and drain covers
• footpaths and rights of way
• bus stops
• traffic signs and signals
• vegetation
