Health and body monitoring
Remote health monitoring

Enables individuals to monitor key health information from home using connected devices.
Referrals are made by Health to the Virtual Clinical Care Team and then passed to the Assistive Technology Team for installation and support.
Monitoring data is reviewed by clinicians, allowing timely intervention when concerns arise.
Chair and bed sensors

Designed to help reduce the risk of falls by alerting carers when someone starts to get up from a chair or bed.
These systems can deliver personalised voice prompts and send alerts to a pager, supporting individuals with mobility challenges, memory loss, or those needing assistance when moving.
Monitoring systems

Help track movement, door activity, temperature, and light levels within the home.
These systems are not cameras and do not record images or video. If unusual activity is detected, alerts can be sent to family members or carers, supporting independent living while providing reassurance and peace of mind.
